• 10:30 – 11:30Design your family operating systemwith FamilyWorxIn this interactive 60-minute workshop, FamilyWorx brings tools from organisational development into the family system. Instead of adding another to-do list, we move one level up: How do we lead our family together? Who owns what? Where are responsibilities unclear – and how can we create structures that feel fairer and leave more room to breathe?Participants leave with a first draft of their own Family Operating System, a clearer language for discussing responsibility and one concrete area of family life they want to redesign at home.This is not about creating a perfectly organised family or enforcing a rigid 50/50 split. It is about shared leadership, clearer ownership and consciously designing family life together – in a way that works for your family.

• 1:30 – 2:30AI and family lifewith Mum Reimagined and Morning SlothIn this two-part session, begin by thinking through how you're engaging with AI in this season of development with Bettina from Mum Reimagined. Consider what your personal framework is for AI involvement and integration in your family life: what can AI do for you, and what don't you want it to do?Then, work through some ideas for what that can open up for you with Leo from Morning Sloth. Explore how bringing creative thinking into your process can help you build new patterns that help you build the systems of partnership you need.
• 3:00 – 3:30Work x Care Panelpresented by WOMENTORInstead of asking “how can parents make it all work?”, what if we also asked “what needs to change around them?” Creating more equitable workplaces and careers can’t only mean teaching parents to manage an unequal system more effectively. It also means redesigning the system.Our panel will dig into the questions that matter: Who carries the invisible work? How does care shape career opportunities? What responsibility belongs to individuals, and what needs to change within organisations? And how can we create workplaces where having care responsibilities doesn’t automatically mean having fewer professional opportunities?With Josefine Schulze, Managing Partner at WOMENTOR; Nadia Tor, Sales Director at G&E ZTE Austria; Leonie Bleiker, Feminist Coach; and Jakob Detering, Managing Director, Impact Hub Vienna Group.
